Tracking my food is one thing, but making very deliberate choices is another. There are many different ways to eat the right amount of calories, but it's more difficult to get the right amount of calories while also getting the right balance of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.
Today's final move in the right direction is Action 005, Eat Deliberately. And I did. I ate all kinds of fresh fruit and even vegetables. My calorie count ended up a bit low, but overall, it was a very good day of deliberate eating.
And this is how I'm going to get myself back on track. The right fuel in the body means better performance, mile after mile.
