All the good intentions and careful plans mean nothing if that's all they are. Change comes from the doing, not the thinking.
Action 032 - Do The Work. That's what I was thinking this morning at 5am when I woke up. Well, actually, I was first thinking, "damn, I'm so tired." Then I thought, "you planned for this last night, now get up and do the work."
And with that, I got up, slipped on my gym gear, grabbed my already-packed bag, and headed out the door and off to work out. Now, hours later, I'm sitting here a little sleepy but a lot proud. I did the work. And that's what is going to help me see the results.
