It's easy to let a set-back knock me off my game. But the reality is that things happen. Schedules get adjusted, workouts get missed, meals get changed. It happens. I can't let those types of things knock me off balance.
Action 067 - Carry On. Yes, I am disappointed about having to say no to an event I really wanted to run. But letting it disrupt the rest of my day would only compound the negative. I need to head out to the gym and work out like it's just another day.
Carry On. It's the difference between being knocked down and staying down.
