Action 122 - Get Sweaty.

It's Monday morning, and that means one of two things. Either I'm going to be grumpy because the weekend is over, or I'm going to be happy to kick-start another new week.

Action 122 - Get Sweaty. Nothing beats the grumpies quite like a good workout. I'm off to the gym to get this week started off right.

And remember, you only regret the workouts you skip!
