So, Action 125 - Fake It. When I need motivation, I just pretend I already have it.
If I had motivation, what would I do?
If I was Super Fitness Dude, what would I do?
If I was my own personal trainer, what would I do?
And then I do it. I act as if I am already happy and pumped up and ready for a workout. Until I feel motivated, I fake it.
And before I know it, as I begin to feel the sweat pour down my face and the blood rushing to my muscles, I discover that I've faked it so much, I've actually started to believe it.
And that's how that gets done.
