I know I need to stretch and cool down after I run. I really do. So why do I keep blowing it off?

After a long run, I'm excited to catch up with the other runners and the friends who came to cheer us on. I'm also ready to grab something to drink and eat. Stretching and cooling down aren't really on my mind. But if I want to spend less time recovering afterwards, I need to make stretching a priority.
