Action 175 - Get To Steppin'.

Recovery time is behind me and I'm back in motion post-half marathon.

Action 175 - Get To Steppin'. I'm not running until tomorrow, but that doesn't mean I can't still get a good workout in. I decided to kick off the day with the elliptical. All the sweating with minimal impact on the shins. Go, me!
