Action 196 - Enjoy A Nooner.

Busy morning for me, so no early workout at the gym. Too often, that can mean completely missing out. But not today. After a hectic morning playing catch-up with weekend emails, I decided that I would be way more productive if I took the time to workout. 

Action 196 - Enjoy A Nooner. I put on my gym clothes, grabbed my already-packed bag, and headed to Boulevard Fitness for an hour of cardio.



It wasn't the best workout, and I didn't get any time on the weights, but I definitely feel better that I got there at all. Now I am back at work, refocused, and ready to spend the next few hours being productive.
