It's time for me to face the truth. I am a runner. Despite my years of teasing and mocking those who feel the need to hit the streets everyday and chase their runner's high, I now find myself among their ranks. So in my typical "all in" fashion, I'm going to start exploring more ways to meet other like-minded runners.
Action 370 - Join The Running Community. San Diego has several running clubs and groups, and I am going to reach out to more of them and get involved. I am no longer afraid that I am too fat, or too slow, or too whatever else my paranoid mind conjures up. I can hold my own with other runners, and I want to build more of a social component to my running.
Hash House Harriers. San Diego Running Club. Marathon Maniacs and Half Marathon Fanatics. I'm coming for you, folks!
