It's been a long week, and despite the beautiful sunny weather outside, all I really wanted to do was settle in at home and catch up on one of the many episodes of TV in my Hulu queue.
But, I know me well enough to know that coming home, crashing on the couch, and doing nothing all evening would only make me grumpy. So, I needed a solution.
Action 428 - Make A Good Deal. And I did. I told myself that if I went to the gym after work and hit the treadmill for at least thirty minutes, I'd let myself lounge around for at least an hour.
Scorecard? 508 calories burned over 3.38 miles in 30 minutes.
